The apartment is on the 9th floor of an "Art Deco" building and has 2 lifts. The public lift and a private one accessed from the laundry room within the apartment.
The building is very well maintained and has 24 hour security. Surface area of the apartment is 168 sq meters. The apartment is entered through the spacious hall with marble floors, large mirror and art-nouveau lamp hanging from the ceiling. On the right is the
TV room with air conditioning, a double brown corduroy sofa bed coffee table, library and wardrobe with a Safe , TV with DVD, CD and radio . Another beautiful chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
The large living room with air conditioning, has two 3 seater sofas and a large coffee table. French doors in each part of this area lead to the balcony, which surrounds the entire apartment creating an airy and light feeling.
The dining area is next and has a round glass table for 6 people with 6 black leather chairs.
All areas have good evening light which can be controlled by dimmer switches.
The two spacious bedrooms have air conditioning and large fitted wardrobes. King size beds, en suite bathrooms with showers. In addition, the master bedroom has a dressing room and vanitory and the bathroom has a jacuzzi in addition to the shower. Both bedrooms are very attractive with central chandeliers and bedside tables topped with marble and reading lamps.
There are 2 more washrooms with toilets, one being off the hallway and the other is located off the laundry room.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and very well equipped. There is ample china , cutlery , pots, pans ,a food processor , toaster , coffee maker etc for all your needs. In addition there are place mats and a tablecloth. Leading into the laundry room there is a washing machine.
Several bus routes are located on Santa Fé Avenue and on either side of Plaza St Vicente López. The subway station "D" is 4 blocks away. Many attractions and the famous Alvear Hotel are walking distance . For Tango lovers a short walk down Juncal Street which has many restaurants and shops takes you to the bus stop and a short ride to the Abasto centre and one of the most famous and popular Tango areas.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper along with a few extra rolls under each bathroom sink but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies. There is also a hair dryer for your use in the cupboard under the sink in the cupboard leading off the main bedroom.
